Greetings and salutations! May is finally here and its almost time to celebrate. Fifth grade is always very busy in May, so hold on to your seats! Although computer based testing is out of the way, we still have some testing to do in May. The post tests count as one of the students last assessment grades, so let’s support our students by making sure that they get enough sleep and breakfast for this last push!
Fifth grade also has some wonderful fun things planned between all of this testing! We are going to the WWII museum on May 11th, Field day on May 12, and we are celebrating our students’ success with a closing ceremony on May 24th with a picnic to follow.
We know it’s been a very stressful year, but we survived and we have a lot of successful, soon to be 6th graders to be proud of! It’s been an awesome year!
